WHAT DID YOU EAT THIS WEEKEND?

Had a better weekend. Saturday - b: 2 bagels - coffee w/ splenda l: bagel - water d: macaroni & chicken casserole. Now... Saturday had WAY too much bread and paid the price for it all day long. I was miserable. I MUST remember that terrible feeling and stop that!! SUNDAY b: 3 little canadian bacon patties - 2 eggs scrambled - coffee w/splenda l: Mac & chicken casserole left over d: same. Water water water. Not FAB, but not an all day graze-fest. TODAY I have armed myself with good foods and hope to do better this week at work. What did YOU eat this weekend?

Well my weekend was not good at all ...So we will not even go there and we will just shoot for a better one next weekend and a good week this week...Even though today i am feeling like crap ....so not a good start ....but i have the faith it will get better!!!! Laura Sitting here debating on staying at work or going home !!!

Saturday b - protein shake l - I honestly HATE when people say this but I forgot to eat! d - grilled PB&J sandwich and chips. Tea to drink s - more chips.... Worked out two hours in the morning, did my regualr work in the after noon then painted some of my room that evening. It was nice having the house to myself!!! Sunday b - 2 cinnamon rolls and a glass of coke l- 3" chicken sub sandwich another glass of coke d - the other 3" of sandwich....which didn't agree with me s - TOO MANY M&M Cookies and a glass of milk Finished painting my room. (well - till I ran out of paint) The day sucked....too many carbs and WAY too many sugars. I gave up junk and sweets for lent and since it was Sunday I could have them....and I ate so much I should have exploded at some point Sunday afternoon. I felt guilty so I got up this morning and did 2 hours at the gym and ran an extra 5 miles when I got home.....before I had to pick up a sick kid at school.....I'll post today's food later. Really not a bad day today! Dee Dee

not much at all but I did drink like a fish. Spent the weekend at the races, well Friday and Saturday anyway. Had a chicken salad both days and Denny's for dinner Friday and nothing on Saturday. I'm sorry but I only go to the track twice a year and I have a great time everytime. This time I just didn't eat much

Friday- B- Protein Drink S-Cheese stick L- 3/4 of a reg. hamburger from McDonalds D- Grilled Chickem salad- Dressing made me almost pass out, think I had to much of it. It was fat free ranch. Saturday- B- Protein Drink S- Grapes L- 3oz. Ch****n & 3 wheat crackers D- Grilled Chicken & steamed squash Sunday B- Protein Bar S- Grapes L- 1/2 Ham sandwich ( wheat bread) D- 2oz. baked Ham, was afraid to eat much of it & I wasn't hungry. Vitamins all 3 days & most of my water. Tammy G.
