Make some protein balls and keep em in the fridge. Then you can pop one in whenever you think about it. I made a batch 2 days ago and I am enjoying them If you don't have the recipe its: 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup oats 1 cup splenda 1 cup protein powder (I prefer chocolate flavored Unjury) 2-3 tablespoons milk as needed to get right consistency Mix the dry stuff first then add the peanut butter and mix up then add milk as needed until its wet enough to stick together. I like having protein stuff that is easy to eat on the go type - it makes it easier to eat rather then facing the thought of having to cook up something. Like cheese sticks - good protein there and quick too. Kia 5'9" 284/161/155
