It was an off again/on again day for me.... This stress is where I lose... I HAVE to find a way to fight off the stress eating. Breakfast -Plain Bagel + 2 bites of a second one, before I MADE myself throw it away before I made myself sick. Handful of red hots Coffee with splenda 70 oz water Lunch - Chunky Beef with Country Vegetables soup. Munched on 3 little chocolate hearts leftover from Valentines day. 1 brownie. (I KNOW I KNOW!!!!!!!!) Grapes Dinner - 1/2 of a Sonic Ham & Egg sandwich (no cheese) I got my vitamins in. I went dancing tonight and shook it!!! Have mercy... I KNOW what I need to do...this has been a very stressful week, and the stress is my nemisis. Without the brownie and the chocolate & red hots I could have probably lost a teeny bit tonight... *sigh* What did YOU eat today???

Hi Lynda, Please don't give up on your efforts to quit smoking. Many times it takes multiple quit attempts before it finally sticks. The good news is that the health benefits are unlimited if you can finally quit. It won't hurt to have a helping you too! Jenny

Don't feel great yet. I'm feeling extreamly fat and that isn't good. Got to stay focused because I have a bad habit of starving myself in my efforts.

Hi Marty, I would like to meekly make a suggestion to you. I've been doing lots and lots of reading. You get in a lot of fruit and fruit is a HIGH glycemic food. Even though its natural sugar, it is still sugar. I've been sticking to 1 serving of fruit a day. Try it and replace the times you are eating fruit with a protein source. I live on string cheese! You seem to have a good handle on your diet, it is well rounded but I think you might be ultra sensitive to the sugar in foods.. like me. When our body gets any form of sugar it tells it to push out the insulin. The insulin tells the cells... hold on to that fat! Good luck honey, we are pulling for you. Heck, I am pulling for all of us!! Please know I am totally not being critical here. I am just being sincere and wanted to share what I've been reading.
