What are the approximate out of pocket costs?

Does anyone know what the average out of pocket costs are for the procedure with the approval of coverage from your insurance company??

Mine was $100.00 a day for each day I was in the hospital which was 3 days.

It's basically all up to your insurance company and what they cover at what %. I had to pay NOTHING, mine was covered at 100%, with BCBS Melissa
