holding ourselves accountable
Okay - since there are SEVERAL of us who are a bit further out (more than 6 or so months) things tend to become a little easier at that point; I think we need to go about holding ourselves accountable for what we consume and how much we exercise.
Lets take a vote....do we need daily posts on what you ate? What about the amount of water you drank? Protein? Vitamins? Exercise for the day? C'mon guys....we didn't have this surgery to let each other get off track.
I'll be honest with you; as I'm approaching my 2 year surgiversary I'm scared that all of this will have been for nothing. I've lost 195 lbs and had a great result from a t ummy tuck...but have been eating like there is no tomorrow. I think one of the only things that helps me is that I exercise still like there is no tomorrow.
Let me know - I'm willing to help if everyone is willing to do their part as well......

Well i can tell ya i am almost 2 years out and i have gained 10 pounds !! yes that is right ..No clue how ....Well kinda ...But still scares me to death ...My mom is three years out and has gained 10 also ...So we are going to WW ( never thought i would go back there ) but i need something to make me accountable ...But a daily post about working out would be good ...i suck at posting what i eat ...that is why WW might help me knock off the 10 plus some .....But i am game ......it is scarry ...things are easier to eat now ...and you can eat more ...very very scarry !!!

yes please do. I have had 1 apple and have boneless skinless chicken in the over right now that is going to work with me with grapes carrots and melon for snacks will also be eating some tuna for lunch. Yes I know, where is breakfast.... I forgot about it to be honest and will be getting something later. Took my vitamins and will be drinking a protein shake as well. water water water all day.
