I MADE IT 2 YEARS TODAY
I went for my check up yesterday from my gallbladder removal and dr duncan said he was so proud of me for sticking in there with everything that I have gone through. It meant alot that he said that.. Im proud of myself because I don't think I would of made it without all the support I have gotten. It is so important to have support from friends family and support groups.. So if you dont have this get it.... I have to go to my 2 year appoint on the 21st..
Rhonda hey how have things been down there... Doing well. Dr duncan told me yesterday that he is going to reopen one of my insion sites becasue of scare tissue has formed but told me he could do it in the office and not a big deal not to worry about it he'll do it a couple of weeks. Im enjoying my job and love being back around my neices helping one coach a pee wee soccer team which is funny watching them. Alot of running with them. Also dr duncan is going to school to get his pastic surgery degree I told him I would lay down and be his first patient if he did it for free. He told me it was a deal told me to wait for atleast a year and he would do it so I told him im holding him to it well have a great day and tell everyone hello for me.....
Hey Dawn,
Congrats on your check-up and anniversary date!
I know you're right about the much needed support; I've been surprised by the amount of support I've received since I've joined some support groups. It's refreshing and a relief for me to be able to talk to people who have been there!
Keep up the awesome journey you continue to walk daily!
