help, anyone having same problems?

I am about a year and half post op, losing weight great until about 5 months ago when I had to have a total hysterctomy.... starting gaining weight back about 30 pounds but now have gotten on natural hormones and the weight gain has stopped but having reoccuring colon infections, anemia and problems with bowel movements.
