Greetings Lords and Ladies... May 6th is fast approaching

I wanted to send out a reminder to all that the May gtg will be in Fairburn at the Georgia Renaissance Festival. I know a lot of you have already said you will be there but I ewant to say again that the more we get the merrier the day will be. I can get us discount rates for tix as long as we have a greater than 15 showing, which I don't see as a problem. Prices will be as follows Adults - $13 Children 6 - 12 $5.50 Children 5 and under are free I am going to ask that when you know that you will attend, please send the the money for the tix you need so I can get them as a group. IF by chance you don't get to make it then I can refund your money. I'm just not rich and can't afford to buy 15+ tix blindly. We will be meeting at the front gate at 10:00 AM at which time I will hand out tix to everyone that has purchased. If you don't get your money in you'll be stuck paying full price $16.95 I will be placing a dead line for me to have all monies at April 17th. Please let me know if this doesn't work for you so I can work something out. This as all get to getheres are open for all to join in. I look forward to seeing many of your smiling faces. I was SO looking forward to this and then my family from Phx called and told me they are flying in to visit and go to Daytona - so I cannot come I sure hope you all have a blast though! I will still go to the festival but on a different date lol. Enjoy! Kia

Thats odd.. I swore I replied to this already? Either way, I was planning on comming but my Phx family called and they are comming in and we are all going to Datona beach that weekend so I cannot go. I will be there on a different date though Have a good time everyone! Kia

Hi Carla, I'm glad you want to join in on the fun. The date is May 6th. The festival grounds are located off I-85 in Fairburn that is exit 61. Here is a link to the ren fest site that gives good directions for everyone form all directions. www.garenfest.com/dtofestival.htm Hotels are readily available in the area. I did do some research on hotels and the prices were around $50 a night and up. The vast majority of hotels are to the north in Union City off exit 64. There are also decent hotels in the surrounding area in Fayetteville, Peachtree City and Newnan and they are about the same. Check you email for address to send money

Hey Marty, I wanted to tell you I may be able to come to the festival.. I had my dates wrong for my Nephews wedding .. It's Saturday.. Apr 8th... What a bad aunt I am huh?... Well any way I will let you know for sure in a couple of weeks.......MAUH !!!!
