Bad Sugars??? Good Sugars???
Hey everyone! I have a question on natural sugars and processed sugars. I know if I eat or drink anything with processed sugars, I will dump. But what about natural sugars? I have been craving 100% pure grape juice and soooo scared to drink any. Its all natural sugar in it, but will that make you dump as well? I know I should already know this. But it really hasn't been an issue until now. Some grape juice sounds soooo yummy right about now. Anyone tell me anything?!?!?!?!?!!

I have just discovered diet snapple, so yummy! I, so far, do not seem to have issues with the sugar in fruit but I don't drink more than a sip or two of juice. I have tried some of the light or diet fruit juices and have done fine.
My 5 year old sees the welch's grape juice commercial and tells me every time, Mama, thats what you need, no added sugar. As the commercial tells us
Shes defiantely my sugar police, always reading the labels and telling me how many sugar grams there are, lol, shes so funny, telling me famous amos chocolate chips cookies only have 9 grams of sugar! Thats my girl!
You are going to find that some foods will bother you, some won't, then some days the foods that never bothered you will suddenly make you sick. Thus the roller coaster ride everyone talks about!
Let me know how you do, and, umm... try the diet snapple, I'm telling you... so yummy! My favorite is the cranberry raspberry so far.
