Trying to finda good Plastic Surgeon? Reccomndations needed

I need reccomendations for a Plastic Surgeon. I am just trying to start reviewing diffrent ones and read up on them and I am sure this will take a while. I know there is a lady DR here in the area (DeeDee Cole useed her) that everyone raves about but she is not on my insurance . Any suggestions are appreciated. I just may have to save my $$ for a Dr that is out of Network, I guess if I do not get insurance approval that is not even a problem....

Dr. Ashraf is doing my PS on April 28th. I had my consult with her on Monday and I loved her. She comes highly recommended. Best of luck.
