shhhh...don't say anything
The sun is out up in the mountains, but don't say it to loud or it may go behind the clouds again.
I am so happy it is out again, I was getting really tired of being in the dark.
I am doing fine, I found out what was causing all the throwing up.
Sugar Alcohols hidden in some (supposed sugar free) popsicles I ate. I am so glad I read the box to see if there was something in them.
Now I read all the boxes before I buy them.
Hugs,
Lynds
They were the Mayfield ones, supposed to be sugar free, yeah sure with 16 grams of sugar alcohol in them. Don't these people know that is sugar, too.
I am doing good, have been at the desk all afternoon studying. And just stopped a few minutes ago. Boy, is my back letting me know I sat too long studying.
I am so glad that everything went alright with Kameron. I was wondering about that today.
I am like you about eating, I had my soup for lunch, and for supper I had my cottage cheese and some pears, and just a little of corned beef i fixed for Mom. I about lost that, but it stayed down after I stopped eating it. So like I said I am staying away from meats for a while longer.
And I don't know how they get in 3 to 6 meals a day. I sure can't do it. I tried one day to get 4 in and was in misery. So to heck with that Idea I said. My protein drink in the morning is breakfast, and than a little lunch and supper and than a protein drink at night before bed that is all I can handle with the water and decaff.
Have you heard from Sandra, she has her appointment when we do, but hers is at 3p.m. she is going to the support group. I told her I was going to bring my camera and take some pictures of us three, she said does that mean I have to do my hair. She is a card. I probley won't even know her she has lost so much weight. My camera is digital so I will email them to you when I get home that night.
Got to go my boston is sick. Guess I will have to call the vet and get her an appointment.
Hugs,
Lynda
