Looking for a low carb protein drink

I don't know if you have and Ingles in your area, but they carry a protein powder that I use. It has 24grams of protein , 3 grams of carbs per scoop, 1 scoop per drink. It is ON instantized 100% Whey and it is a lot cheaper than the health food stores or GNC. It is $19.89 a can and there is 31 servings per can. I mix it with fat free skim milk, I use the Double Rich Chocolate, but they also have a Vanillia, too. Good luck and hope you like it. Hugs, Lynda

Vitalady.com has great samples of various protien drinks that you can buy inexpensively. That way you can try a variety of flavors and companies for little money to find the ones you like.

Have you tried Instone High Protein Puddings? 20 grams of protein 2 fat, 1 net carb. You can buy at Drugstore.com on sale for $2.99...not sure if it is currently on sale, but it is a great product. I love it. Vanessa
