I moved down to Ga. last summer from Virginia! I am three years out! I am gaining back weight and I am looking for a support group near Jesup!

David, I cant help with the support group thing but I can tell you that the OH message boards have for the most part become my support group. I an still a member of a local one but we are sort of hit and miss if you know what I mean. I can sympathize with you about the weight gain. That is one of my biggest fears about this surgery, regaining it all. Try upping the protein and water, that helped me after my weight gain during the holidays. Hop it helps. Either Brunswick or Savannah is probably the closest support meetings from the Jesup area. Both have web pages on the internet that will give you times, dates, and locations. Tami
