Surgery In Mexico?

I am posing this question for a friend of mine that is interested in WLS. Has had RNY with Dr. Joya in Mexico and what was your experience? Just trying to weigh all my options because Mexico is about 3,000 cheaper than going to columbia. Thanks Rozzy
