Yahooo!!!!!!!!!! 1 month check up.............

Well, Georgia Gang, I got to my one month check up today, even thou I ran into some ice on the mountain, and I just took my time. I have been down because I thought I had not lost a pound, but in one month I have said good bye to 30.5 lbs all together since surgery date on Jan.9th, 2006. My goal is to loose at least 30 lbs each month, so by my 3 month, I would like to be at 228 or less, God willing. And my back will quit hurting so I can get my walks and resistance training in. I am so happy for Sandra and Heather, Heather and I try to get our appointments together, Heather is down too, way to go girl friend. And Sandra so is wwwaaaaayyyy down there, WOW how she must look. I gave Dr. Hobson a great big hug. I really than him and the surgery staff and the nurses at AMC. You guys are #1 in my book, even thou you are #2 in the world of weight loss surgeons, in my book you are #1. And I thank everyone out there for your continued support as my journey is just begining. It's been 18 months. I had surgery with Dr Duncan in July 2005.
