HELP! Need new ideas....
for snacks! I am stringed cheese, apple sauced, fudgcysled, fruit bars worn out!
I am now 5 months post op and have "removed" 74 pounds.
But I am wanting to try some new snacks...but really do not know where to start. I do still have to watch my sugar intake, I am ultra sensitive to that, lol Does anyone have any suggestions? I greatly appreciate any and all feedback!

Lately I have been LOVING this: I go to the deli and buy deli sliced ham (kinda sliced thick - not deli thin) and get some havarti cheese sliced the same thickness. Take a slice of each and roll them up together. Talk about your yum factor.
I also have taken some deli sliced ham and rolled up a motzarella cheese stick inside then microwaved that for 25 seconds. MMMmmm
