HELP! Need new ideas....

for snacks! I am stringed cheese, apple sauced, fudgcysled, fruit bars worn out! I am now 5 months post op and have "removed" 74 pounds. But I am wanting to try some new snacks...but really do not know where to start. I do still have to watch my sugar intake, I am ultra sensitive to that, lol Does anyone have any suggestions? I greatly appreciate any and all feedback! Hugs! Kimberly

Lately I have been LOVING this: I go to the deli and buy deli sliced ham (kinda sliced thick - not deli thin) and get some havarti cheese sliced the same thickness. Take a slice of each and roll them up together. Talk about your yum factor. I also have taken some deli sliced ham and rolled up a motzarella cheese stick inside then microwaved that for 25 seconds. That sounds soooo yummy. I haven't had pork in a long time. I will be hitting the deli this week! I have rolled up turkey on my string cheese. I will have to try some ham. Thanks Kia!

Have you tried the pepperoni slices, you put them in the microwave in paper towels, to microwave the fat from them. They are great for protien treats. And they get crunchy, too. Hugs, Lynda

I have tried pepperoni, but it doesnt do very well with me. But it makes me REALLY thrusty and makes my tummy hurt a little. But it sounds DELILIOUS!!! Hugs!
