I need an angel!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, my name is michelle and i'm very close to having a surgery date set. The problem is I do not have any family in Georgia, and very few friends. My request is that someone out their volunteer to be my angel. I guarantee you will receive a special blessing from above for helping me through this journey I'm about to take. thanks in advance!! p.s. I'm a (big) baby so I need a take charge (angel) lol.
