3 months Post-op visit.

I had my 3 month visit at Dr. Duncan's office yesterday and I have removed a total of 53 lbs, 41 since Oct. They (Dr.Rashid) had told me at my 1 month that I hadn't lost enough weight(-20) so I kinda figured I'd get grilled yesterday as I have only lost 21 the past 2 months, but Dr. Shannon says it's because I wasn't really big in the beginning at that I'm doing a great job. I am so proud I made this choice, I would do it all over in a heartbeat. I am struggling with one thing tho, I know I was pretty at the weight I was before surgery, but now to see people just looking at me and saying "you're a hottie" is a hard thing to get used to, not that I'm complaining....lol I love attention. Hey, stay with it , your doing a great job. I just saw Dr. Shannon on my one month follow-up and she is very up beat and makes you want to do well. Every week that goes by I feel better, I'm able to walk farther and faster...just got to keep trucking...take care. Dan
