Wow.... a Realtor! I definitely need some help! (and I could use some help finding a rental house too ) I really need to have a 2 car garage so I can set up my woodworking shop... without that I would curl up and die ... a one car garage would do if I had to... like, if the house was on the beach! I need to stay below $800 a month... and I can live anywhere in about 12 counties surrounding Savannah... but of course I want a 3 bedroom 2 bath on Tybee Island Thanks for the help! ... I will do some research and email you tomorrow........how far from savannah do you want? 3 Bedrooms? 2 car garage?...... It would be tough to find that in the city... but it just depends on what ya like! ... I have a few things in mind... how far from the city is good? Is schooling a concern ( Ie.. do you have kids?).. Let me ask you something. Would you have to deal with the public? I love Savannah. I lived in Hilton Head for 2 years and we'd go to Savannah at least twice a month. The whole area is beautiful. Very historic. And Paula Dean lives there!!
