Banding after RNY

I had my surgery in 5/04 and have lost 122 lbs. I have been at this weight for almost a year now. I still weigh 211 lbs. I would like to weigh about 170 lbs. I read a post somewhere that a surgeon could put a band on you for about $4,000 and that would enable you to get to lost a bit more weight. Does anyone have any info about this? Thanks

OMG i would love this ...I am in the same boat as you ...i am stuck at 215-225 and i have been here for a year and cannt move at all ...i am about to join WW and see if that will help me some ...But i want to be 180 hell i would be happy at 199..if you hear something let me know i am all about something to help Laura

Hi Laura I am aggressively trying to pursue this band option - $4,000 is not too much to pay - especially if I could get to about 160-180 lbs.
