Hello !!!!

How is everyone doing??? I am doing just DANDY!!! It has been a really good day for me. To start things of right....I woke up and it is my birthday today. Then I went to work to start my new job. I got promoted and started my new job on my birthday. Ain't that great!!!. Well I had posted a couple of days ago, but nobody has read it, which is okay, bacause it was Christmas eve I think. I had a few minutes and I thought I would drop a line to everyone. The best news in my life is that I am officially under 300lbs. I weighed in at 299 at the doctors office last week. I feel really great and the biggest problem I have is not having any clothes to wear, but that is not a big problem, because it is getting smaller everyday. SMILE,SMILE,SMILE. Well, I will let everyone go and I hope that everyone had a good Christmas and I pray that everyone will be safe this next weekend. God bless all of you and have a good day. Ken
