Need Info. Please :-S

I have a couple of questions if anyone out there may have any answers.. 1). Has anyone gone to Dr. Peter Henderson, in Brunswick, GA.? If so what can you tell me about him... 2). I've notice that his online site is not updated that much, or he doesn't do a lot of these..RNY..Anyone know..3). The Southeast Georgia Regional Medical Center site has not even been updated.. Can anyone shed some light on these questions...Sure would appreciate it.. Thank you Cheri..

I don't know anything about Dr. Henderson, but his inactivity on this site does not necessarily show his true workload. Some surgeons chose to sponsor Obesity Help financially, and they are more active with client posts, etc. My surgeon is well-represented, and he is a sponsor. I know of other excellent surgeons who are rarely mentioned on here. I hope you are able to get reponses about Dr. Henderson. The choice of surgeon will be the most important one you make IMHO. You may want to call his office and ask how many RNY surgeries he has performed, how many patients have had leaks and other complications, etc. Hope this helps! Becky

Thank you so much for sending a reply...Those are good questions..from what I have heard about him they say he's really good. Do yo think that they would honestly tell of leaks and complications? Cheri, I don't know about Dr. Henderson but most dr's will tell you exactly how many deaths they have had, leaks, complications, etc. I know mine did. Good luck in your journey! Beth
