Hi, Do they have personal trainers at golds gym where you go?? If so can you recommend someone?? Do you happen to know how much the they are?? thanks, susie

Yes - the DO have personal trainers at the Gold's Gym in McDonough. I do not know how much they charge - but if you sign up for a one year you get two free sessions with them (I believe). If you sign up - tell them I sent you.....(I get a discount...LOL) If I had to recommend one, I'd recommend Kathy. She's FANTASTIC.....but I think ALL of them are great....but I'm a bit biased!
