12/3-Holiday Gathering
Of course as your co host I thought it would be nice if I showed up too! Just kidding!
It will just be me and I plan to bring shrimp etoufe served over rice. The shrimp has lots of protein but there is a little butter in the etoufe but lots of cooked down veggies. I think a little will not be a problem for anyone. I have not had a problem with it.
Hope to see you all there, we are gonna have lots of fun. I am also bringing all my clothes for the clothes swap.

I'm either going to bring squash casserole or this noodless lasagna I made tonight....It was SOOOOOOO Good!!!! And, easy....I just layered hamburger seasoned with garlic and italian seasoning, jarred Classico spaghetti sauce (low sugar), a mixure of ricotta, eggs and cottage cheese, a layer of shredded Italian cheese mix, a sprinkle of parmesan then repeated...baked at 375 for 45 minutes....man, it was so good. I altered my own lasagna recipe so we could eat it. You don't even miss the noodles. I have TONS left...I guess it will be going in the freezer along with the HUGE pot of brunswick stew I made last weekend. We have meals for a while.
I can't wait to see everyone! I'm bringing some clothes too...not sure if anyone will need them...mostly 30/32 and 26/28.
Oh, I went to Tanger Outlet Mall and bought a pair of 22W khakis...I couldn't believe I could shop there! I was so excited.
