self pay

Does anyone have any information on self pay. How to get the loan? Or who to get loan from in order to have surgery? I am trying to keep all doors open. I am really torn about the surgery, because of my unborn child, I would like to nurse for as long as I can so in the mean time. I am doing my finale stages of research, and heart search. I wish I knew Dawn. Self pay is my only option at this point also, as my insurance no longer covers this surgery.
