Is Cigna hard to deal with as approving for WLS!!!

I currently have First Health Network, they are really taking me through the ringer. My company is having open enrollment right now and we will be switching to Cigna at the beginning of the year. Are they hard to deal with? What do they need the 6 month diet history to say? Thanks! jelliott

I just read your email. Our company had their open enrollment meeting the other day. the first thing i did was check to see if Cigna covers wls and they do. My question is what do they want in the six months diet history? I've noticed alot people say they were turned down because of the six month diet history not being detailed.
