Ginger...Latte
Hey, Ginger...I had a SF FF Vanilla Latte with Splenda today. I swear that WAS the best tasting 20g of protein I have EVER had! I searched through posts this morning to find out what to order. I got a Venti and it was 1/2 caff and 1/2 decaf. I should have went all decaf...I haven't had caffeine in a long time...I could really tell. Also, 2 splendas was too much...one would have been better.
Anyway, just wanted to say thank you. We have a starbucks right outside of my office now...so, if I have $4, I'll get one every morning.
Shoot, it isn't much more than any other protein drink. I like iced coffee too and mocha...I was thinking, they could make that as a cold drink or a mocha latte too, huh? Oh the possibilities!!!!

Hi Stephanie!
I am just now reading the message boards...I've been away for a while! Glad you liked the SF FF Vanilla Latte. Sherry is right, it does have a little over 200 calories, but I also look at it a good source of protein that actually tastes yummy!
I could drink one of those everyday, but I don't because of my budget.
I do have one probably once or twice a week though. I haven't been to the new Starbucks in Stockbridge yet, but I've seen it and it's very nice.
I would guess they could turn that into an iced drink. I think you have to be specific with them though and tell them not to do the "premixed" iced coffees because I think they add a ton of sugar to those. But you are so right....oh the wonderful possibilities!!
