Emotional Eating

Has any one used Dr Henderson in Brunswick for surgery and had to see his physic person before surgery? My DIL went today for the consult with the physic person and he told her whe was an emotional eater and had to go for additional counseling. Well aren't we all. If we weren't we probaly wouldn't be over weight. Does any one know if this is the routine for this person and can you use some one else. She already has 3 letters of medical necessity along with all the co-mob you would think he would go ahead and approve her. Is this another way for them to make more money. Please let me hear from some of you if you have used this group. Louise

Louise, may I recommend Gary Santavicca, who has offices in Atlanta Medical Center and in Conyers. His number is 404-653-1117. I drove up from S. Georgia, saw him, and was back home, all in one day. His report was faxed to my surgeon within 24 hours. I found him very warm, friendly, and reassuring, but also very sharp and on the ball. I can't say enough good stuff about him. Barb in S. GA

I also used Dr. Santavicca. He is coming highly recommended from me as well. It took about 2 to 2-1/2 hours for the evaluation and he also had my approval results to my Surgeon's office within 24 hours. He is very friendly, laid back and has been in the practice for a while. He was recommended to me because another Psychic wanted $300 and wanted me to wait for about a month. My insurance paid for Dr. Santavicca. If all fails, please give him a call. You will not regret it.
