Looking for PCP (near Perimeter) for recommendation

Hello everyone! I'm finally back on track to have my surgery, and working on the requirements. The last time I had a go at this (before losing insurance), I got all the way to my PCP appointment for bloodwork and such to find out she "doesn't agree" with WLS and refused to write a recommendation. So now I am looking for a new PCP (preferably near Perimeter, or Northisde hospital) who I know won't stand in my way. Any suggestions?
