pouch hurting what do i do?

my pouch has been hurting alittle for about a week now.The last few days when i try to eat it hurts undermy left side,sharp pains.I don't know if i'm eating to fast or not chewing well enough .Does anyone have any suggestions about this ,i would be very thankful.

Hi Shelly, you should most definitely call your doc... I'm not sure what this would be...COULD be gas, but the safest thing to do is check with doc. I hope you feel better!!!!! Tami

thanks Tami, i thought about calling if it doesn't get any better,but last nite i ate a icecream sandwich with slenda that was low fat and it didn't hurt ,so i'm kinda confussed about this,thanks for your post.Shelly
