Ok, I'm late..sorry...and I'll combine Sunday with this one and I'll catch up tonight. SUNDAY - 10-02-05 Leftover Fried Rice - from the night before's dinner BBQ Chicken - Baked Beans - Broccoli Chicken Fetticini Alfredo - Garlic Knot Rolls - TO DIE FOR!!! Peanut M&M's. OMG!! Ok...so you see why I didn't REALLY want to post that one.... Monday 10-03-05 MUCH BETTER DAY Egg 3 slices bacon .. Varsity Hotdog - Ketchup only Hamburger patty no bun (We had a "tailgate party" at work, and I won $50 best buy because I was the best dressed spirit wise for my team!! GO FIGURE! LOL) Water ... Grapes Quaker Quakes rice cakes Leftover Baked Beans ... WATER WATER WATER WATER 3 pcs of cheddar cheese snack bites ... According to fit day - I had: 1237 - Calories 60 - FAT 100 - CARBS 78 - PROTEIN I need to get the calories down about 100 and get the FAT down by half. I'll be working it today. WHAT DID YOU EAT YESTERDAY???

Sunday.....6 cheese and crackers and about 15 oz of water - this was breakfast, lunch and snack...... Dinner was about 4 pices of chicken and cheese ravioli from carabba's and a half glass of tea. Late snake was about half a bag small of popcorn from the movie. Not a great day - but nothing junkie..... Monday - Breakfast was a glass of choclate milk lunch was 6" chicken roasted sub from subway, bag of baked chips and half a glass of tea snack was a bag of peanut butter M&M's dinner was tomato soup and applesauce.....Ihad a tooth ache (still) and a glass of kool aid.... Not too terribly bad - but I'm FAILING MISERABLY on getting liquids in. Oh well...I'm gonig to the dentist today so Idoubt I'll eat much! Dee Dee

Good job !! Ok I had some scrambled eggs, and NO bacon. Trying to reduce the fat Some grapes for a snack 1 serving Campbells Chunky soup Buddig turkey breast for a snack Moe's Full Monty on hard shell taco (beef-no beans) Some tortilla chips Lantz Peanut Butter crackers Protein Drink According to Fitday, I had 1055 calories, 45 grams of fat, 70 carbs, and 91 grams of protein. I need to cut out about 100-200 calories, and some of the fat. Goodbye Peanut Butter crackers

Well, I have only posted my food one time on here. So, here goes again. Breakfast was a banana and coffee with creamer and splenda. Lunch was guts from a vendor ham and cheese and bag of bbq lays chips(bad) Supper was a turkey burger, small baked potato and about three teaspoons each of sweet peas and green beans Snack about 4 ouz of milk with protein powder Water...not as much as I need....presently drinking on it now.... I gave blood today so I'm shooting for extra H2O You all are doing so well with this. I am gonna have to start posting everyday. Huggss! Tonya W
