Thanks....I go through a plateau every other week and then I will start losing again. The longest one I had was 2 weeks and I was going crazy!!!
I mainly eat soup since I have issues with meat, tuna, eggs, milk etc....I do eat alot of sunflower seeds and whole wheat crackers and cheese. My stomach hates me *lol*. Every day is different for me...sometimes I can eat without issue and others I spend the day bent over the toliet. I do eat Wendy's Chili ( I tell them mainly juice w/ extra cheese), baked potatoes from Wendy's, or a wide variety of soups from Great American Soup Company. I would love some good soup recipes that I can make at home......Basically food is not my friend these days. I KNOW I am not getting enough protein but right now I am just trying to survive day to day *lol*. My biggest issue right now is that my hair is coming out in clumps and I am very sad about that.....does anyone have a wig???? You know...when your hair is messed up you just don't FEEL good about yourself. *shrug*. Congrats on the 84 pounds...that is AWESOME!!! Are you working out???

So far I haven't throwed up the first time but some things make me go to the bathroom. Here is what i eat:
B- protein drink or 3 wheat crackers with string cheese
s- 5 to 8 grapes
L- 4 oz. turkey chili or a wheat wrap with grilled chicken, & I only eat 1/2 of it & I am full
Supper- 3 oz. of grilled chicken & steamed broccoli or fish & steamed squash or tuna patties.
I drink about 50 oz. liquid a day. I drink unsweet tea with slpenda, I guess that is just like water.
I walk 3 miles 4 to 5 days a week & go to curves.
The last time I went to curves to be weighed & measured I had lost 17lbs & a total of 32 inches in 2 months, so I guess I am still losing but my scales just aren't showing it. Keep up the good work. Do you exercise?

I would LOVE to be able to eat meat...the only thing so far that I can tolerate meat-wise SOMETIMES is beef. Ummmmmm....don't wanna talk about the exercise thing
*hanging head down* I have not done so well with that. You are doing great!!!!! I have an appointment at Gold's Gym here in Acworth on Thursday. I am excited about that!!

Eating is a big chore for me too, I'm living off string cheese, pinto beans and some cooked veggies! THE POUCH always wins out doesn't it? Make sure you're getting in them vitamins!
What are you doing for excersize? I'm really wanting to get my excersize pumped up, I'm only doing 20 minutes a day on my treadmill, surely not enough! I need some motivation pill!

Guess I will stick with the soup thing for awhile....maybe eventually it will get better. I have been doing some toning at home some but not enough..I have an appointment with Gold's Gym on Thursday...I spoke with the manager and he was SO nice and supportive so I am excited!!! I am still taking the 2 Flintstones Daily. Wish the hair loss would stop...it is depressing me. Take care of yourself...hope to see you SOON!!
