WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY 09-30-05

:-l Well, that big SPLAT you heard on Friday was me falling BIG TIME off the wagon and I guess I finally found that vat of food I needed to eat myself out of. Without further adieu, here are the ugly details. LATE THURSDAY NIGHT - (was at the office til midnight) Around 11 oclock I completely lost my mind: I had done pretty good throughout the day... THEN: about 5 pcs of mini chocolates from Angie's jar Heated up 2 pkgs of low sugar oatmeal. Got home around 12:30 and then......... THE FREAKING FROOT LOOPS WON!!! Munched on Lord knows HOW many stupid Froot Loops straight from the box. ... Problem was I munched on those suckers throughout the night. Every time I would wake up, I would munch...and that was several times. .. FRIDAY 09-30-05 Started THIS one right... FROOT LOOPS... Sonic Breakfast Toaster - egg/ham/bacon-no cheese LARGE unsweet tea BBQ Chicken - Breast/drumstick baked beans french fries MORE F'N FROOT LOOPS (THEY ARE GONE NOW THANK GOODNESS!) Water Steak N Shake at 12:00 AM after the football game - cup Chicken Noodle soup All American ( hamburger patty/American Cheese/Bacon - no frisco sauce) Water Folks, I am soooo embarrassed to share this day with you. For you newbies...please know that I was not able to eat all this in ONE sitting...especially the lunch... I'd eat some, put it away, eat some more, etc. etc. I SHOULD HAVE THROWN IT AWAY. This was a HORRIBLE DAY. By posting it, I can REALLY see just how horrible it was. I hope to commit that this won't happen again, but it just seemed that something took hold of me and it seemed like I had NO common sense... With that said...the big push at work has calmed a little for this month. I AM NOT working this weekend, I left last night at 6:00. I SLEPT A LOT. NEEDED IT. I WILL be going to the gym next week. And I am gonna do line dance lessons at Wild Bill's on Weds Night (It's free and I LOVE to line dance.) Believe it or not, I lost 2 pounds this week (but to be fair, it was 2 pounds that I had GAINED during the past couple of weeks of hideous eating. I am back to where I was as long as I don't gain anything from yesterday.) VICTORIES??? I didn't think I could find any.... Tonya W told me to DIG DEEP. So, I guess my victory is REALIZATION. Working as hard as I have the past 2 wks (126 hrs in 2 wks) took a real toll on me. I have GOT to find a better work/life balance. What DID YOU eat??? What are YOUR victories???

Breakfast- 12oz. isopure protein drink Lunch- 1 slice wheat bread with 2 slices of turkey & a cheese stick. Snack- 6 grapes Dinner- I am planning on having 4 oz. Turkey Chili Still don't think I am getting in enough calories, my stupid scales still haven't moved off of 180lbs, it has been 3 weeks going on 4. I can't stay at 180 forever. Tammy Gunter
