WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY 9-26-05
Ok...so I missed the weekend.... I'm POOPED!! If I wasn't working (most of the weekend) I was running around taking entertainer books to the fall festival for the band to sell, and FINALLY some time alone with my honey!(YAY!)
The weekend eating was ... ok. Not great, not horrible.
BUT..back on the wagon today! Until....
I GOTTA get out of that office before 10:30...staying that long makes me eat things I shouldn't oughta...partially out of boredom and partially from stress.
I NEED the gym!! NEED it!!
So...today:
Started the day with my protein shake - 16 oz (2 svgs) so there was 40g's of protein.
(ok... I DID have a couple of pieces of leftover cheese garlic bread...that is the bad part, but the GOOD thing I did was throw it away before I could eat FOUR pcs.)
Grapes - about a cup of grapes. I find they REALLY keep me full feeling.
Lunch - Chunky Beef & Vegetable soup
S - pkg of budding turkey
D - Here's where it starts falling apart....PIZZA - about 4 slices. (NOT all at once) but over a period from about 6:30 to 10:30pm.
Also munched on a couple of the mini 3 musketeers (bite size) GOTTA STOP THAT.
I DID get ALL my water in today.
It wasn't 100% successful, but I DID have a partial good day.

(OH YEAH...I had a WOW moment at the Fall Festival) I walked up to a dear friend...we've known each other since my 19yr old was in first grade, and became fast friends with her son. We don't see each other regularly, but enough to stay friends...mostly through common school functions. (now both our younger boys are in the band).
Anyway, I saw her at the festival, and she was standing with another woman, and I shouted out "RUTH!!" and as I was walking over to her, I heard her ask her friend, "Do we know her?"
I was cracking up!! I told her I heard her!! She was freaking out!! Now mind you she's seen me several times recently, but I guess I was just dressed differently or something, but I DUG it! LOL!)
Ok!! Spill what went in your guts!!! Let's go!
Today was an interesting day...one that I am not proud of.
B - Toasted bagel with light cream cheese (and yes, it was a whole bagel, but it was eaten over the course of 1 hour, chewed thoroughly), 4 pineapple chunks, 3 strawberries, 1 cup decaf coffee w/ 1 splenda and 1 hazlenut cream
S - Luna chocolate peppermint stick bar (love these things...like a healthy peppermint patty)
L - Healthy Choice chicken tenders/maccaroni and cheese
S - 6 Triscuit crackers with chunky peanut butter spread on each one
D - Romain mix salad with 1 Gordons Salmon filet (yes, the frozen ones, but they are easy to heat and eat), 3 tablespoons of Fat Free Caesar Italian dressing, 3 mini dill pickles, 1/8 cup parmesian cheese (no feta cheese in the house
)
S - 1/4 cup Mayfield less carbs Neopoleton ice cream with 1 tablespoon cool whip (while I was screaming at Tennesse for playing so poorly :-0!!! They redeemed themselves, but I worried there for a while)
80 oz water.
Tuesday will be a better day!

What went in the gut yesterday.?.?.?.?......
B: 1 waffle with SF syrup, 12 oz glass of FF milk. I won't be doing that again... I dumped for way too long. I thought with the SF syrup, I'd be ok, but I guess not.
L: Ham and Cheese on Rye toast, about 10 pringles
D: A small bowl of home made chicken gumbo over rice (about 1 1/2 cups total)
Evening Snack.... A peach, and a Philly Swirl ice cream thingie
Had about 100oz of CL Orange Sunriser, and all my vitamins
