Losing too much weight

I need a little advise. I have lost a little over 130 lbs. My surgery date was march 04. I now weigh 140 but I am tall and big boned. In fact my big bones are showing very much. I really and truly look ugly with my clothes off. I really don't have a lot of hanging skin. Again, I guess that is the blessing of being tall. But I am starting to worry about the weight loss. No, I am not doing all the things I should. At least not consistantly. I don't exercise and probably don't eat right. But at this stage of the game, I'm not sure that is going to do it. I have seriously thought about having them feed me in the hospital. I'm kinda scared.

Hi! 1. How tall are you? What's your clothe size, etc. 2. Ask your doctor about your weight loss and what does he think about your height, weight & size! 3. Remember it takes 2 years for you to level off and you will probably gain back about 20 lbs or so. 4. Don't stress over the small stuff. If you're feeling well, not tired, no other health issues and you have a good quality of life seems to me you're right on track. I would not worry unless my doctors think I'm getting too thin. Its hard to follow the protocol we're suppose to follow but try and get back on track getting in your protein, vitamins & calcium. Its important! Hope this helps! Take care, in my prayers, have a wonderful day for you are truly blessed.
