Where is Shon?

Has anyone heard from her?? I have been wondering how she is doing!

I sent her an email around a month or a bit longer ago, and after I got no reply for a few weeks I was worried, but then she sent me an email back saying she was doing better but had some upset stomach problems - she did not go into much detail but said she was touched that folks were worried and that was about it. I got the impression she does not get online much now (Shon if you are reading this feel free to correct me!) Kia 5'9" 284/189/155

Hi Michelle, Hi everyone , I'm doing fine. Sorry everyone that I have not been active on the boards lately. I really have missed everyone. As Kia mentioned, I was having problems with my stomach. My pouch is fine, it was more of a mental thing . I was having trouble with the way my stomach feels when I eat certain foods. It's hard to explain like when someone scratches a chalk board. Kind of nerve recking. I wasn't eating well at all. My energy level has finally returned and I'm feeling fine. I don't know actually how much weight I have lost at this present time because I stay away from scales because they are depressing. My next appt is in September and I will be 3 months out. Other than that I'm fine. Kia thanks for checking on me and putting a big smile to my face . I have returned to work and it's kind of hard to come on the boards but I promise I'm going to try and visit my GA family more often. I have to offer the same support that was and this is being offered to me. I love you guys. Also congrats to everyone that has been approved and to everyone that has joined us on the losing side. Shon
