When it comes to our weightloss milestones , it's always nice to share them with others who understand the journey. I am hapy to report that I was down 60lbs at my 4 month check up! It seems low when I read what others have lost , however ... I said I wouldn't go there Wishng you all the best and thanking you all for your post that are always filled with so much information. Question.....does anybody know how to replace our original picture that shows up with our post with a new one ? Janet

Grats on your weight loss~! If you want to replace your picture, you need to email OH staff and either send your new picture as an attachment, or tell them exactly which photo in your profile you want to have used as your new one. Again, wtg ! Kia 5'9" 284/190/155

I just wanted to tell you that you are doing great!! I always thought I was losing slower than most too, and at 4 months post-op I had only lost 55 lbs, so you are losing faster than I did. But now here I sit, 2.5 years later and I have lost 187 lbs, slow but it is still gone!!! I was 325 lbs and I am now 138 lbs!!! So I just wanted to tell you to hang in there, it may take a while but you will get there!! Hazel

60 lbs is A LOT WOMAN! MY 7 year old weighs 50..and she is pretty big!!!! Congrats on your loss!
