Dr. Proctor did my surgery March 31, 2004. He and his staff are so sweet!!! I could not ask for any better doctor. He also did surgery on a cousin 10 years ago and she lost 240 pounds and has kept it off. He operated on my brother in law, 2 more cousins and several friends. We all love him and his staff. Good luck to you, Judy

YOu have chosen wisely, in my opoinion. Dr Proctor is great, and the staff are wonderful, he has an entire wing of Lanier Park hospitol just for bariatrics, Carrie Ann is my insurance person and she is wonderful, If you have any other questions just let me know, I will help in any way I can. Also read my profile if you want to, I have alittle more info about my experience so far on it.

Kerrie I had surgery with Dr. Procter last November. He is a kind, caring and wonderfully skilled surgeon. His entire staff is great, and his support meetings are fantastic. This is a great group, and I highly recommend them. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me Maureen

Kerrie, Dr. Procter did my surgery on 5/2/05, & Dr. Richards assisted. They both are wonderful & very skilled surgeons. The staff is wonderful to. If you pick Obesity Solutuions you will have the best. They were not in my network but I was willing to pay the extra to have Dr. Procter. Tammy Gunter

Kerrie, I'm having WLS next week with Dr. Procter . I'm a Physician Assistant myself, and I'm able to know good Dr., when I see one. I have no doubts in either Dr. Procter or Dr. Richard. they have great training, extensive experience, well-built and smoothly run practice... and what's also very refreshing.... they genuinly seem to care for their patients, and unlike majority of surgeons in general, these two seem to have nice personalities too. Although I'm very-very nervous about having this surgery next week, the fact that I'm having it with such great Doctors feels really reassuring to me...I'll tell you more on the other side..)

My wife and I both had the roux n y performed by Dr. Procter. She had hers 11/03/04 & I had mine 12/29/04. So far, she has lost 110lbs and I am down 90. Like everyone else has already said, they are wonderful people! We enjoy our visits with him & his staff. One thing that really impressed us was at the informational meeting. Dr. Procter was the first to ever tell us, "It's not your fault." He & his staff welcome any and all questions, no matter how trivial they may seem to us. His bariatric ward at Lanier Park Hospital is pretty cool too. The nurses genuinely care for you. It's hard to find nurses like that these days. If you have any questions, feel free to contact either me or my wife. We will be glad to answer any and all questions. (Actually, I'll have my wife reply to your questions. I'm sure you'd feel better talking woman to woman. )
