B-12, How much?

Hey, y'all, I'm having another brain freeze. How much B-12 am I supposed to inject? I'm thinking it's two "something or other." I lost the vial two months ago, so I went to the nurse for a quicky and asked for a refill. Well, it's been another month, and I am clueless. The directions say, "Use as directed." Kia is correct my mini vials are 1000mcg/ml each, I use one small vial a month. Melinda

Silly question perhaps...but would you rather do sublingual B-12 instead of injecting needles every month?

I did that for six months. It didn't work for me. Being very tired has been my worst problem so far. I had my first shot in December, and the effect was immediate. Needles don't bother me (if they're little).
