Hi Tonya! I'd be delighted to share with your support group what I've learned about avoiding SELF-SABOTAGE and staying happily healthy on this post-op journey. I had the privilege & joy of giving the Sat. morning motivational talk at the Obesity Help East Coast National Conf. May 21-22 in Hasbrouck Hts., NJ (just over the GW bridge from Manhattan) and my afternoon class was well-received too. I gave free consults there Sat. & Sun. and there's so many anxious post-ops who can just feel the dread of cravings, the dieting mentality, the creeping back of unwanted pounds, etc. I know this method works to reverse these behaviors.
