Its Official! No longer considered obese!

Well its official! I am no longer obese now in the overweight category with a BMI of 29. "Wow" Can't believe its the last day of the month, where does time fly; here we are now into summer already. Love the warm weather though. I have lost another 5lbs since my last update down to 178lbs as of today. Can't believe I have lost 98lbs since Oct 14 and 132lbs since I started this journey "Unbelieveable." Feeling pretty good today & had a great memorial day weekend, worked on house and garden. Hope all is well with everyone!

Karen, How FABULOUS!!!! Who woulda thunk it...that a whole group of folks would LOOK FORWARD to being overweight! In my case, when you have started as SUPER MORBIDLY OBESE, "overweight" looks pretty good!!! Take care and keep up the great work!!! Tami
