Congratulations Deb! I know those words are music to your ears.
Try high protein and no/low carbs for a few weeks and see if you can have some success with weight loss. I know that is how our post-op diets are and must be part of the contributing factor why we lose so fast.
Plus 2 weeks on a clear liquid diet... uhg.... there could be nothing worse... uhg.... but I can't wait!
