This is the best website I have found so far for protein drinks (best prices, fast delivery, reasonable shipping and handling): http://www.dpsnutrition.net/product_list.asp?dept=1029&last=1029
I order my vitamins (Opti-Source) from: http://www.walgreens.com/
Hope this helps.
Hugs,
Becky
Becky:
With the Opti-source do you take a separate calcium or iron tablet or is everything included in the optisource? I am trying to find something to take that has everything I need in it. Also, the Opti-source says you need to take it 4 times a day, is that how you are using it?
Thanks so much for sharing!
