I am a PRO at Aetna.....LOL...2 years and counting....
What you will HAVE to have is the following:
#1-At LEAST 5 months of DOCUMENTED PHYSICIAN supervised dieting.
#2-A letter stating that this surgery is MEDICALLY NECESSARY.
If your Employer excludes this benefit, you will need to alter these two to the following:
#1-One YEAR.
#2-Letters from THREE Doctors.
The notes can say: 8/7 reg check up dieting
as long as they mention it.
