May get together

Hey

I am so glad you all had a great time at lunch this past weekend. I am so sorry I could not make it. I had volunteered to do the May meeting in Gainesville, and need some suggestions. I originally was thinking May 14, but does May 21 work better? I think May 14 may be too soon? Would you prefer lunch, or a dinner? I kind of like the lunch idea, but want to make sure that works for everyone. Does a 1PM start sound good? At these get togethers, do you usually order from the main menu, or does the hostess consult the resteraunt first for special menu choices? ??? As you can see, I need a little help

Hi, Maureen. Thank you for scheduling the May get together. May 21st works best for us. We will be out of town the weekend of May 14th. At Joe's we just ordered from the menu....they were very accommodating. This is the first get together we have attended. So, I'm not sure what they did in the past. Hopefully I'll see you there....We will definitely try to attend.

Hi Maureen...either day works for me. I guess the 14th would be a LITTLE better, cuz Kiwi is going to have a get together on the 21st in Columbus, and I would like to TRY to go to that one also, but you had offered to be hostess for May a LONG time ago, so you get my full on committment...
