Send Kenneth some love..
Kenneth is doing really good. He did today get naseau, they have him something and it knocked him out like it did for me.
I've been getting on them all day about getting him out of this bed. They have yet to send someone to get him up.... He's doing well with ice and small amounts of water, he's suppose to start on some more liquids today. We are looking at about 3 more days here.
If you want Please take a moment to send him some well wishes. They have a system here to email a patient.

Thanks for all the support, you all have been a great source of comfort for Kenneth during all of this and everyone who signed his support page have really helped him so much.
I'll talk with you all later, this computer dial up connect is really SLOW...

Amy,
I just wanted to tell you, that both you and Kenneth are in my prayers. I am so happy for the both of you that he has had a succesfull surgery! Don't let up on them about getting him up and walking, we all know how important that is for him. He is so lucky to have you there with him, but take care of yourself too! You will be in my thoughts and prayers, I hope to hear that he is home resting sometime this weekend, I will keep my fingers crossed.

This is normal for our surgeon to keep you about 6 days. Because of Kenneth being so heavy. They also put him is SICU which is different than ICU. SICU is surgical ICU, which is also something our surgeon does for thoese who have sleep apnea. He wants the breathing monitored very closely those first few hours. He's doing great still.
