Fancy profiles, how?

I have seen lots of profiles that are really decorated. I would love to have one that is related to police work in someway. How do I do this? I am a computer idot so please make it very simple. Thanks, Tami

Somebody at the national board does the fancy profiles. I'll try to look back and see what the email address is. Unsually takes several days, depending on how busy they are.
