Is it truly possible?
Hello, I am 6 wks post op, (lost 43 lbs), but I just cannot get my 64 ozs of fluids and absolutely can not get 70 grams of protein in. It's like the harder I try the more I feel sick to my stomach. I am getting my vitamins in and I take a B12 shot once a month, I'm supposed to be on potassium pills but they make my pouch ache, so I've being eating about 1/2 a bananna a day to make up for it. Sometimes (most times) when I drink a protein drink I just get sick and the thought of having to drink it again later...yuck..... Is it truly possible to get everything in like we're supposed to???? Does anyone have any ideas to help me get through this? I have faith that as I can widen my menu things may get easier, but I just don't know...
Thanks in advance, Donna

I have a great smoothie that is not soy, but if you can handle dairy this early they taste great!! With so much protein you only need 2 a day, and can cut that down when you can handle the cottage cheese and other good protein solids. Email me and I will give you the info. I get my h2o in by eating shaved ice chips. I can down a 32 oz glass in about 3 hours, then I start over again. I have started taking my b12 by nose spray, you can ask your PH about it. Hope this helps.
