If your soreness is from your walking....then YES my suggestion is to get up and walk again!!! This is the Lactic Acid in the muscles that has been sitting - not being used as much - that is finally being released. The best way to relive the soreness is to KEEP THE MUSCLE WORKING!!!!!
If you're sore from something else - I'm sorry....I'd call the doctor on it!!!!

Have you been taking your vitamins and protein? That can cause your legs to be very sore. My legs were killing me on Sunday and when I spoke to the doctor that was the first thing they ask because I probably was having a vitamin defincey. I had started my vitamins but needed more potassium.
