Way OT: Crayons

I found this quote today that I thought was great... We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors...but they all exist very nicely in the same box. I don't know who wrote it, but if we could all live this way, wouldn't life be great? Have a colorful day! Susan

Susan, I love this!!! There's a book similar to this for little kids, but this says it just right for big ones. Thanks! Becky

Hi, Becky, I've read your profile and know you're a teacher, too (I do 6th grade). This was actually the quote of the month in our student agendas for March. I am going to have my kids do a journal about this. Susan

Our art teacher has this up outside her room. It's a great sentiment that we all should live by. Thanks for sharing this! Amanda

Amanda, We're almost neighbors - in a rural sort of way! I teach in Homer, and live in Carnesville. Normally when I go to Gainesville, I drive right through Lula and I love to shop at the pharmacy for jewelry! Cool! Susan
